How to use:

• Line + Define: Glide Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner along the lash line or waterline.
• Smudge + Soften: Blend with the smudger side of the brush for a soft, diffused effect. Work on one eye at a time—the formula sets quickly.
• Wing It: Use the angled side of the brush to pull color out into a soft wing.
